Hello, Thanks for looking at my beads and stuff. I like the process of making beads by melting glass as I find it hypnotic and soothing. That's when I'm allowed enough peace and quiet to do so!

Shipping
I ship all beads by Royal Mail. 1st class post.
Royal Mail's website reckons they can deliver to Europe within 3 days and the rest of the world within 5 days. Of course there are seasonal variations where everyone is snowed under (sometimes literally) and there was that year when the postcard we sent from holiday took 18 months to get to my parents-in-law. But that's what Royal mail say.
Customs charges and stuff. Sorry but shipping costs do not include customs charges for your country. All fees will need to be paid by you. Though if you want me to split orders into 2 packets so they come in under the 'customs radar' I will be pleased to do that.
Note there's no customs fees between the UK and European Union countries.
